Framed Marine Corps art print dated 1899

A large vertically-oriented framed print on a cream/tan background depicting a standing male figure in dark military-style jacket, light trousers, wide-brimmed campaign hat, and wrapped lower legs, holding a rifle. The date '1899' is printed in bold block numerals at the bottom of the image. A small artist monogram or initials are visible at lower right of the print. The frame is flat and black, with angled cuts at the corners giving an octagonal profile. The print shows some surface spotting or foxing, and the photograph reveals no glazing or mat board.
