Rectangular flag in dark crimson/burgundy velvet with gold-yellow fringe along three edges. Cyrillic text is applied in two tones: 'ЛЕНИНГРАДСКИЙ' arched across the upper portion in gold lettering, and 'ПРОТЕЗНЫЙ ЗАВОД' in larger white block lettering below. The reverse side is not shown. Fabric shows significant creasing, fading, and scattered staining consistent with age; fringe is intact but dishevelled.
